Detached. A wooden chalet built by the owner's father, who gave it the name of El Rancho. Situated literally just across the road from a lakeside beach and surrounded on two sides by the forest. On the fourth side there is a 20 metre wide strip of forest garden. Another 20 metres away, El Rancho is adjacent to a lakeside restaurant which serves simple affordable meals and where children are welcome. Ideal for windsurfers/fishing/sailing enthusiasts. Several steps lead up to the front door, so although built on one level it is not suitable for the disabled. Parking space.

Accommodation: Lounge/dining room with double glazed French doors overlooking the lake. TV (French programmes only) Kitchen with a larder size fridge/freezer, gas cooker and top loading washing machine. One double bedroom, with access via the shower room. There are two further bedrooms, each having two single beds. Shower room with toilet and washbasin.

Outside: There is a view of the lake from three sides of this property. Barbecue. Garden furniture.
